Where XOi started
We were built by the people who’ve lived the problems we solve. Growing up in farming and manufacturing, our founder Aaron Salow has never been a stranger to the grit and challenges of the skilled trades. As he came up in the manufacturing industry, and met co-founders Anthony Blanco and J.P. Cahalan, their shared blue collar roots shaped the operational backbone of XOi and continues to inform how our solution addresses the real needs of people who make, manage, or maintain critical equipment.
