- Interview correspondence and communication: This may include notes linked to your interview(s), email exchanges, and telephonic communications related to your interview(s), and job proposals that may have arisen between you and our recruitment team;
- Data resulting from skills assessments: Information related to any assessments, including knowledge/aptitude/skill tests and take-home assignments you may take as part of the interview or application process. This information is only collected if, after an initial analysis, your resume is considered suitable for the position and is used to assess your suitability for the applied role. These tests will always form an objective thread in the selection process and will always go hand in hand with a professional assessment and in-depth analysis by our recruitment team;
